A rose created.
From the dust,
From the ground.
Appeared,
Light,
Sunshine.
As if from all around,
Like a lamp,
Like a candle.
Something to hold.
Like a handle.
A handle to a door
Full of mystery,
Full of cause.
Appeared,
Light,
Sunshine.
Something there for me to see.
Something there for me to be;
To grow from,
To learn from.
Something there that’s meant to be.
A light, there, that created a pain;
Created a sore;
Something there I had to bear.
Created a world of misery and gain.
This by an absence;
A loss,
A tear.
Seeing light not there
Is darkness you stare.
From the dark you search for light.
You search for something there
To guide you through the night.
To help you through your struggles;
To help you with what you fight.
To lead you to victory; to triumph.
To lead you through the darkness of the night.
Appeared,
Light,
Sunshine.
Appeared a dove
As if without a sound.
On my shoulder it sat
Guiding me to safe and sound,
From the dust,
From the ground.
A rose created from a dove I found.
Like an angel it appeared,
Showing me the way
From pain, to rain;
From misery, to gain.
Something there for me to see.
Something there for me to be.
Something I wouldn’t have seen before
Weren’t it for a light that shined.
Shined on a handle to an, oh so beautiful, door.
A door full of mystery.
A door for me to see.
A door full of cause.
A door that’s meant to be;
From which to learn;
From which to grow.
Full of many things of which to show.
To show how wonderful this life can be
When all that’s learned and meant,
You see.
How wondrous is the rain!
Sent from clouds above to heal the pain.
How beautiful are the trees.
So much growth,
So much green.
So many feathers, like a dove, are seen.
How beautiful is a dove.
So much light.
So much shine.
From so much beauty;
A guide through the night,
A leader trough a tremendous fight.
From the dust,
From the ground
All is lost, all is found.
From so much beauty, a dove, created light.
Through the darkness of the night.
A rose created,
A rose,
A light.
