You're always full of mountains to climb, storms to endure, rivers to cross. Of this I am sure. • got 86% on his Prehistoric Life exam! That's passing :) • A rain drop from the sky above, Falls upon the ground below. It always has been, and it seems like it always will be. • Life is a journey through the wilderness. Without a compass we would be lost. • What is the differnce between liberal education and hands-on experience? Is one more important than the other? Can you gain hands-on experience without first understanding the theory behind what it is your doing? And can you truly understand a concept without seeing and experiencing its effect? • I feel like getting lost in a forest... then finding my way out :) • just enjoyed an amazing 1hr 15min run :) When the Ragnar comes... i'll be ready! • loves being in stake choir :) • woke up, went to school, went home, finished a 4.5 page paper, went to FHE and had delicious soup, chicken, carrots, and cookies :) went home again, bought groceries, printed out a 4.5 page paper (lack of time didn't permit me to print it out earlier, hehe), wrote this message, took a shower, read scriptures, said a prayer, and went to bed. • ♫♪ I love music ♪♫ The right kind of music is enrichment for the soul. One, two! And through and through The vorpal blade went snicker-snack! She left it dead, and with its head She went galumphing back. • is so excited for general conference! Especially the saturday afternoon session ;) • is listening to Lord of the Rings music. Oh the longing to see that movie again...a LotR marathon even :) • enjoyed conference very much. Especially the Saturday afternoon session, for more than one reason :) • feels poetic...

That's why we call it the present." -Babatunde Olatunji • Happy Happy Mother's day :) • The search for a job still continues... • Why does my stomache and lungs hate me when I run only a couple miles at just under 8 min/mile? :S I need to be at 7 min/mile pace by june! • Oh Utah weather... What are we going to do with you? One minute you think it should be 80 degrees in april, then you decide that's too hot, so we get 40 degree snow. I love it, lol :) • just got done watching "Fun with Dick and Jane" while donating Plasma :) $25 for getting pricked and a movie... not a bad deal. • has a sprained foot and is handicaped for a couple days from running :( • is glad his sparined foot is better and is no longer handicaped from running :) • I love running! I love runners!! The Ragnar was awesome!!! • Yesterday was the most fun packed day I have had all year: Softball, Ultimate frisbee, tubing down Provo river, more softball, BBQ, hiking, and fireworks! • went on a 9 mile hike that was only meant to be 4, lol. I love it when that happenes. • just got done doing major reconstruction on my albums :) • The best rain is from a clear sky :) • will by hiking Timpanogos from 3pm to 3am :) I love that mountain! • woke up a few hours ago after a well needed sleep after getting to bed around 4am after hiking Timpanogos. I feel great now :) • almost finished watching the movie "Seven Pounds" while donating plasma. What a depressing movie :S Has anyone seen it? • has been having a very relaxed day just reading, eating, fixing things :) • has a very uneventful day ahead of him. Is anyone doing anything fun today? • Hurray! My phone is alive again! :) • just saw "How to Train Your Dragon" for the second time. I very much love that movie. Nightfurry reminds me of my dog Mandy :) • What is reality? Is it what has happened in the past? Is it what's happening now? Or is it what is possible to happen in the future? I say reality is just as real as the imagination of a little child. • I ran out of gas today... it was quite the adventure. • did 4 climbs today and totaled around 600 ft :) I'd say that's a good day's worth. • Who you are is what you do. What you do is what you think. What you think is what you desire. What you desire is who you are. Who you are is what you do. • I love hiking :) Me and my ward friends just went on a nice hike up to Big Springs up by South Fork.

• Just hiked Silver Lake, then went to Iceburg for an amazing burger and fries with awesome friends! :) It was great! • went on an awesome date with an awesome girl :) Tucano's, Rock climbing, shopping... fun stuff. • $37.39 at Aeropostale, and $37.37 at TJI Maxx. If only two of the three shirts I bought at Aeropostale were $0.01 cheaper, lol. • Who knew that carving pumpkins could be so fun • What grows slow grows strong • I need to go to the temple. That will hopefully cure the homesickness I'm feeling today. I just need a break from this world. • We are here on Earth on a reckless vacation away from home. Let us visit home often by attending the temple. • "All we can do is decide what to do with the time that is given." 10 points to whoever can tell me who said this ;) • Hates that sick feeling I had this morning when I woke up, causing me to miss school because I'm afraid it might get worse :S • Ya, it looks like I'm not going to school again :/ I am feeling better than yesterday though • just got a call from a mysterious customer:

... "Nope, *ltmq* "  • Bring on the beast! I will tackle you to the ground! No book report on a founding father of American politics will survive this battle! • There is a bug named Gubby and he is a creature of peculiar sorts that has traveled many places around the insides of Colby. Gubby has reached the inner core of Colby's brain, the fibers of his muscles, stopped for a short break at Adam's apple inn and is currently residing in his place of birth; Colby's stomach. I know you're not doing too much damage anymore Gubby, but you can't stay in Colby's stomach forever! • Express gratitude often because you never know how soon it'll be too late. -Thomas S. Monson • Jumping in circles, latching her teeth on his arms, Mandy pounces around Colby in the most epic wrestling match of all time! Colby lunges forward thrashing Mandy to the ground! That's 2 to 1 with Colby in the lead! CHOMP! THUD! BASH! KABLAM! Mandy's in the lead with 4 to 3. KERSPLAT! Tackled to the ground Mandy lays under Colby leaving the match with a tie 4 to 4. I think I'll call that good for now, whew. • Feels like doing something crazy and dangerous today... Maybe I'll just go to work • I will be leaving this world for a while. First I will venture to the top of the mountain of Provo temple, then I will explore the mountains of Rock Canyon :) • Has reached the light at the end of the tunnel I've been digging :) I'm not meant to be underground in the darkness of fear and doubt. I'm meant to be above my fears, climbing this mountain to the top! • "You have new updates to install for Adobe Reader"

What is this all about? • Oh this could be fun, somebody didn't log off my computer :) • *thinking* Hmm, since my status was abruptly changed by some mysterious being I now need to think of a new status. I wonder what I should write... • What's on my mind, you ask? A few simple words will suffice:
Connection, rain, faith, pain,
Patience, thunder, hope, gain.  
• A diamond in the rough: He sits on his rock looking up at the sky. A year and a half he searched to find his diamond in the rough, only to find out it is locked up in a deep vault secured by a very complicated combination. The only one who knows the combination is in a distant land far away... It's been a very long journey and he needs a break. He will wait here for now, because where another diamond like this one is or how long it will take... he doesn't even want to think about it; it could take years. He would rather wait than go searching for another, because as he was once told, "the things that mean the most to you in life are the things worth waiting for." • needs to stop picking roses that won't bloom in my vase • just got back from Lagoon. Woot! Fun times :) • is finally off the roller coaster... for now, lol • Has finally given up resisting the urge... I have started a blog :) (Legends of Greendom) yablek.blogspot.com. It is still under construction because I started it about 2 hours ago, hehe, but the main idea of my blog will be to tell my story, collect favorite quotes and share some of my writings. You can watch it develop if you want :) • Wow, writing a blog is harder than I thought it would be, lol. I thought I could somehow connect my fantasy world - Greendom - with my life in my blog... but it just doesn't seem to be working out so well... Maybe I'll just stick to the basics and try writing just whatever I feel at the time and see how that goes • Today is a good day :) Not for any reason in particular. I just woke up and thought to myself, "Wow. I feel great!" I wish I could wake up like that every day.

• Okay, Super Dragon (that's my computer), if you act up again... I'll... well, actually I don't know what I'll do. I guess I'll just have to fix you... again • Super Dragon, now that you're behaving, tell Mrs. Lexmark (my printer) to get her act together and print my paper... • just felt like I was in Russian again. Apparently the water heater is broken... so I had to take a cold shower :S Lets just say I broke my record shower time, lol. • Why can't it just snow already? Give some rose to the thorn of this bitter cold • got his very first ticket today :/ At least the cop was nice and knocked it down a bit. 25mpg is just SO slow! lol. I guess I need to get use to driving like a turtle now :p • It hurts to swallow and my stomach is talking in a different language again :S On the positive side, I found my flash drive! - it has my semester project and important information on it - I thought someone stole it. Mrs. Lexmark has decided to print paper now - but she still makes me hand feed the paper in... ":/ weird. To top it all with a cherry on top, tomorrow is going to be a fun day :) • I realized there are many ward friends I still haven't added yet on facebook. I just finished :) I'll probably have to do this again in a month seeing how many new members keep coming into the ward, hehe • Blue Jay (my car) is getting old :S I just got done putting in a new starter. Hopefully he won't need anymore repairs, besides new tires, before I get a new car. • Now that my last drawing project is finished I need something else to draw... any ideas? • It's over! It's finished! The 700 page beast of a book lays dead and conquered. As he just stands there, sword still in hand, he sees the monster stir... It's still alive? The beast he thought was dead has now transformed into a 5 page report ready to be slayed... • Woot! I have money :) What? Uhhh... where did it all go? ":/ • Finally finished the journey he started before the 700pg monster came and stalled him. Earthsoul prophecies by Greg Park has lead me back to a part of my world full of the fantasies and wondrous creatures I always long to be with :) • It looks like Gubby is back :S (for all of you who don't remember who Gubby is, he's a pestering bug that thinks he can just come and go as he pleases) • Feels poetic...

• loves snow in sunshine :) • I guess all it took was some snow :) Gubby is packing his things to go. The snow is too much for him to handle, lol • Jase Fairimor climbs hellish mountains, fights off demonic beasts, finds himself walking through the depths of hell itself surrounded by a darkness more tangible than light in a pit of eternal dread. It is in this moment that Captain Alleilwin, his faithful Elvish companion, recites this poem to those in the group who are on the edge of giving up the fight:

• ran out of gas today on the way to the gas station 5 minutes away :/ Luckily someone jumped out of their car right away and someone from the sidewalk came and helped me push it the rest of the way :) It's nice to know there are always people ready to give a helping hand. • New poem finally finished: Enemy of My Soul • Sitting on a piano bench at institute a girl says to her friend, "Guys are simple. We're complicated." Isn't this the truth? Lol

As you enjoy this day of thanksgiving :) • So I'm thinking about getting my snowboarding on. It's gonna take a couple pay checks to get all the gear, but I know it'll be worth it :) • Snow is finally here!! Hehe, no wonder I woke up in a good mood today :) This is more like it. • You will always find misery if you look at the cold side of the situation. If you look at the bigger picture as the snow coats this Earth with a blanket of frost you will see a wonderful winter wonderland :) • Snowboarding coat, check :) Next on the list is a snowboard... • Today I went to school, hung out with a great friend, sung at temple square, and did initiatories at the Salt Lake Temple for the first time. And it was perfect weather. Could today have gotten any better? I submit that it could not! :)  • Snowboard: $65

• So many cartoon profile pics. It brings me back to when I was a kid... not that I still am or anything ;) I will forever be young, lol • Today I took off my coat, got into my car, turned off the heat AND rolled down the window! Can you believe this Utah winter weather? I sure... can, lol. I love Utah weather :) • Colby thinks kaeli is the most awesome person ever!!! No but really. • Since I was sabotaged... yet again... I need to change my status... again, lol. Hmm, what's on my mind? *thinking* ... brownies! I think I'll go eat one :) • I am an uncle again :) • Ok, I'm convinced. Psychic powers do exist... but how does it work? There has to be a logical explination how twins can send messages to each other! • Rain... in December? I've heard of November Rain (a great song by Guns 'N Roses :), but December Rain... no. A better song would be December Frost :) • Holy cow! What a day. I'm glad I made it through alive, lol. • A child lets go of their helieum-filled balloon and starts to cry. You look at him and think, "What's your deal? We can just get you another one." How would you feel if you pulled out your wallet and it started to float away? "AAAHHHHHHH!!! NNNNNNNOOOOOO!!!" What's your deal man? We can just get you another one. • 1 more day!! :) After tomorrow I will be free of school... for a season, haha.
